I have opened many restaurants in the past and thought I was pretty good at it. We hired Emily & Salt Shaker Consulting to assist us with the creation of our new brand, Delta Biscuit Company, and I have to say it was a very wise decision. With the guidance of Emily we were able to create more branding elements than with any other restaurant I have been a part of. She also single handedly created all of the front of house training materials. She was instrumental in determining the final plating specs for our dishes and for helping to perfect recipes for both food and alcohol menu items. Lastly, she was a pivotal piece of the design team. Our restaurant turned out incredibly beautiful and Emily was one of the biggest reasons why.
