Emily’s story started in Saratoga Springs, New York where she thrived in the sophisticated & prestigious environment that is synonymous with the Saratoga Race Track. After graduating early from Johnson & Wales University with a business degree, Emily moved to Boston, MA. There she managed one of the city’s most renowned restaurants while overseeing a 1.5-million-dollar gut renovation for Aquitaine Boston at the same time. From her work at The Philadelphia Cricket Club to The Yale Club of New York City, to being the Director of the Private Dining Club at the Rainbow Room. Emily has proven her ubiquitous skill set, experience, and reputation continues to speak for itself.
