client Brief:
Our client Vanguard was mandating all staff members return to the office after the height of COVID had dissipated. They wanted to host a playful and interactive social event while simultaneously highlighted the companies new initiatives. We designed and planned a series of 6 events; 3 in Charlotte, NC and 3 in Scottsdale, AZ. We sourced catering, beverages, music, entertainment & decor. Provided onsite management of each event for 1000’s of attendees per gathering. We also designed and created the graphics to showcase the company's initiatives of sustainability, waste reduction, commuter benefits, in addition to new and improved on-campus dining options.
